AEWC was established with a commitment to sustainable infrastructure development in Northern Australia.

At AEWC we have a passionate belief in the development of green energy, water, and technology projects.  AEWC aims to create ongoing relationships with the public and private sectors, and local communities through the implementation of energy, water, and data storage projects.

Board Members

Henry Fracchia – Director

Henry Fracchia manages the engineering division of AEWC. He is a highly skilled engineer with over 30 years’ experience.

Mr Fracchia has extensive experience in project management of complex energy and water projects. He has worked in multiple jurisdictions including Australia, Papua New Guinea and the United Kingdom. He has worked both in the public sector and also at a board/management level in the private sector.

Mr Fracchia holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the James Cook University.

Tony Hockings – Director

Tony Hockings manages the corporate and legal affairs of AEWC. Mr Hockings has over 25 years’ experience as a lawyer. He is involved in commercial, construction, infrastructure, and technology work. Mr Hockings still works in private practice as a director of a legal practice.

Mr Hockings role within AEWC also involves corporate strategy and stakeholder engagement.

Mr Hockings holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1994.
